As we begin another school term, the Niagara Foundation for Catholic Education is appealing for your support with this message:
Every day in the Niagara Region, one in five students goes to school hungry. Some wait in line for breakfast. For lunch, they have pizza scraps from the previous night’s supper. You can make a difference. Christ says, “Truly I tell you, just as you did it to one of the least of these who are my brothers, you did it to me”. Please watch the video on our website www.nfce.org. Thanks and God bless.
...on Sunday, February 11, from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Fr. Michael Wastag, O.Carm., invites you to celebrate your love during a special evening together. The celebration begins at 4:00 p.m. with the Eucharist. This is not just for married couples, but for all friends, families, and loved ones. Come, renew and deepen your love in the presence of the Lord!

Celebrate the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity (January 18-25) by joining Bishop Bergie for a Service of Prayer for Christian Unity at the Cathedral, on Sunday. January 21, at 3:00 p.m.
The themes and materials for this year’s world-wide prayer were prepared by the Christian Churches of the Caribbean. The key verse is “Your right hand, O LORD, glorious in power” (Exodus 15:6)
The themes include liberation from slavery, injustice, and poverty and building hope through faith, and compassion, and family, and covenant.
One of the resources available for the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity is a very thoughtful eight-day bible study guide prepared by the Christian Churches of the Caribbean.
