The themes and materials for this year’s world-wide prayer were prepared by the Christian Churches of the Caribbean. The key verse is “Your right hand, O LORD, glorious in power” (Exodus 15:6) The themes include liberation from slavery, injustice, and poverty and building hope through faith, and compassion, and family, and covenant. One of the resources available for the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity is a very thoughtful eight-day bible study guide prepared by the Christian Churches of the Caribbean. |
